These terms apply to the Theft & Battery Alarm app for Android and Wear OS (the "App"), developed by Arda Çuhadaroğlu (AppForTech, "I", "me", "we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.
The App, its name, logo, and all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Arda Çuhadaroğlu. You may not copy or modify the App or any part of it, attempt to extract its source code, translate it, or create derivative versions. Third-party components (such as the Manrope font) are used under their own licenses, listed in the App under About.
The App is available as a free, ad-supported version and as a version without ads. Some features or the removal of ads may require an in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policies. I reserve the right to change the App or its prices at any time, but I will never charge you without making it clear exactly what you are paying for.
The App is designed to alert you when your battery is full or low, when it gets too hot, or when the charger is unplugged. It depends on your device's operating system, battery sensors and settings. In particular:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including loss or theft of your device, damage to your battery, or missed alarms, resulting from relying on the App.
Most alarm features work offline. Some features, such as ads, password recovery, Google Drive backup and updates, need an internet connection. I am not responsible if these features do not work because you have no Wi-Fi or mobile data. When you use mobile data, your mobile provider's terms apply, and you are responsible for any data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission.

I may update the App from time to time. The App currently runs on Android and Wear OS, and its system requirements may change; you may need to install updates to keep using it. I do not promise that the App will always be updated to work with the Android version on your device. I may also stop providing the App at any time without notice. Unless I tell you otherwise, upon termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms end, and (b) you must stop using the App and, if needed, delete it from your device.
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and take effect when posted. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
